Air Cooled Crystallizer

We are manufacturers of all batch type crystallizer that are manufactured from mild steel (IS: 2062) as well as stainless steel. These are supplied with planetary gear box to the power consumption of plant.

Air/Water Cooled Crystallizer

• M.S. fabricated body adequately stiffened.
• Central shaft is made of M.S. ERW/Seamless pipes coupled to forged Drive end & Non-drive end trunions.
• C.I. Housing with G.M. bush bearing & anti-frictional self aligned roller bearing also supplied.
• Elliptical/Spiral ribbons fitted central shaft with compensating pads.
• Suitable size outlet valves with lever and hinged type.
• To reduce power consumption planetary type gear units provided.

• 40 Ton to 125 Ton Capacity,
• Other rating can be designed & supplied on client's requirements.
