Ribbon blender consist of a U-shaped / cylindrical horizontal through and a specially fabricated ribbon agitator. A ribbon agitator consist and outer helical agitators. The outer ribbon moves materials in on direction and the inner move the materials in the opposite direction. The ribbons rotates and moves material both radically and laterally to insure through blends in short cycle times ribbon agitator used for blend that will be between 40 and 100% of the rated capacity of the blender.
